In the world of blogging, dads are becoming a dominant voice.   In the United States, it used to be all about mom, the number of followers she had, and their influence on consumers.  Today, however, dads have gained respect and followers.  For blogging parents, one of the most anticipated events of the year is BlogHer—an annual conference that brings thousands of attendees together from all over the world to share hands-on learning, rich discussions, opportunities to meet with the brands and plentiful networking opportunities.  In the past this was a women-only event but now that men are on the scene, the question has been raised: should dads be able to enjoy this blogging event as well? Should they have their own event?
